Hello all teams attending the 2009 BSA Fall Classic! This year on registration night we will once again be collecting canned/boxed non-perishable food items to donate to our local Brunswick Food Pantry to help our local families in need during these tough economic times. Monetary donations made payable to Brunswick Food Pantry are also welcome. Last year's collection was fantastic and helped put food on the shelves and we would like to do the same once again this year. We ask that all coaches/team managers coming to the tournament please ask each of your parents to donate a few items if possible to help this worthy cause. Please bring your food items with you on registration night where a collection area will be available to drop off your items for your team. We will also collect items during the tournament at the main tent sites. All collected items will then be delivered to the Brunswick Food Pantry after the tournament for them to distribute to the community in need.
Thank you for your helping out those in need in our community. We encourage you to seek out your local community food pantry and continue to help feed people in need where you live.
